Satisfaction Guarantee

Cory Webb Art LLC wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order.

There are no returns on commissioned artwork, as they are collaborated on until you are 100% satisfied prior to delivery. 

Artwork on sale is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or refund. 

We try to display photos as true to the original artwork as possible but due to how monitors and mobile devices display images, colors may appear slightly different among them.  If you are not satisfied with your non-commissioned artwork, simply email me within 3 days of receipt, and return the artwork in its original condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund (not including shipping charges).  Our policy on non-commissioned artwork lasts 3 days from the date you receive your shipment. If 3 days have gone by since your shipment delivery and you have not emailed me, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

Artwork must be returned in its original condition in order to qualify for a full refund (not including shipping charges).   Cory Webb Art LLC is not responsible for damages that may occur after your order has been delivered to you.  

Return Shipping

To return your product, please email corywebbart@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt for return shipping address and instructions.  Returns must be shipped within 10 days of receipt in order to qualify for a full refund (not including shipping charges).

You will be responsible for repackaging the artwork, ideally in its original packaging.  You will also be responsible for all return charges, unless the artwork was damaged in transit.  For all returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.  Cory Webb Art LLC does not guarantee receipt of returned artwork.

In the unlikely event that your artwork has been damaged in transit I will gladly work with you to resolve the issue and you will not be responsible for return shipping charges.  To begin the return process for artwork damaged in transit, email me within 3 days of receipt and include a description of the damage and clear pictures of the damaged delivery box, shipping label and damaged artwork.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned artwork, whether it qualifies for a full refund (not including shipping charges) based on its condition, and a confirmation of any refunded amounts.  All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.  All shipping charges are non-refundable.

In the case that undamaged artwork becomes damaged in transit upon its return, the returned artwork will not qualify for refund.  You will be responsible for filing any insurance claims associated with the return.  Cory Webb Art LLC is not responsible for insurance claim filing and processing associated with returned artwork. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund has been processed, please provide 5-10 business days for your refund to be posted/delivered.   If after 10 business days your refund has not been posted, please contact me.

Gifts
The full conditions of this return policy apply to gifts.  If the non-commissioned order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card credit for the value of any applicable returns (not including shipping charges).   There are no returns on gifted commissioned artwork, as they are collaborated on with the gifter until they are 100% satisfied.
